Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations in our client's Bridgeport location. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with internal teams and a diverse client or customer base. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, both in English and Spanish.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Answer phones, route calls, and greet visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Translate documents and assist with verbal translation during meetings or client interactions, as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for team members or managers.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in organizing office logistics, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Support other departments with administrative needs as requested.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
